The Cartwright brings new lifestyle possibilities near downtown Salem. Located adjacent to several parks and between central downtown and a single family residential neighborhood, the project includes 42 apartments including live/work options on the ground floor. The street facing facade is broken into vertical elements with gable roofs, relating to the surrounding neighborhood. These “boxes” are rotated slightly to orient to the views of Bush Park and the Willamette River giving Cartwright unique contextual architecture.
