The 120,000sf 107-unit community includes an array of amenities including bistro, bar, fitness center and theater.

The building design follows the cascading topography of the site, appearing as a smaller three-story structure against the upper street front, while expanding to four stories along the private rear face, where dining spaces, unit balconies, and an expansive courtyard overlook a preserved wetland.
